Dr Clement Wong is a passionate interventional cardiologist who specialises in coronary angioplasty and stenting. He is also skilled in general cardiology with a special interest in cardiac risk reduction, hypertension and dyslipidaemia. Graduated with honours from University of New South Wales in 2002. He then obtained a Masters in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Newcastle in 2005.  He subsequently completed his specialist cardiology training from Prince of Wales and St George Hospitals in 2010 before embarking on postgraduate research endeavours (PhD) in lipidology at the University of Sydney. He then undertook two years of interventional cardiology fellowship at the prestigious University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Canada ( one of the highest volume centres for coronary stenting in North America, and consistently the highest volume centre in Canada) from 2015-2017, where he accrued over 1000 percutaneous coronary stenting procedures. He is the founder of Sydney Specialists Centre. He enjoys travelling and is an avid photographer. He also enjoys building his own computers and authoring websites.
